Custom Products & Artwork
All Genie Packaging products are manufactured to order based on the specifications and artwork you submit or approve. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or content you submit for production, and you agree to indemnify and hold Genie Packaging harmless against any claim arising from your use of that content.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on order specifications, material availability, and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at order confirmation and reflected on your invoice.
Order Acceptance & Proof Approval
An order is not confirmed until the digital proof has been approved and any required deposit or payment has been received. Full details of our proofing and production process are set out in our Order & Artwork Approval Policy.
Payment
Payment terms, accepted methods, and billing details are set out in our Payment Methods & Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-manufactured, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.
Intellectual Property
Genie Packaging retains ownership of its own design templates, structural dielines, and proprietary production processes not created exclusively for a specific client under a separate agreement. Artwork and branding you provide remain your property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genie Packaging will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Force Majeure
Genie Packaging is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, material shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Genie Packaging is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing other remedies.
