Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to approval and availability. Once you confirm your order and make the required payment, it is considered final.
Genie Packaging reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect information, pricing errors, or other issues.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are provided based on the specifications shared by the customer, including size, material, printing, and quantity.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins
- Prices may vary if order specifications are changed
- Any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding
Design & Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready design files.
- We are not responsible for errors in approved artwork (spelling, design, layout, etc.)
- Digital proofs are provided for approval before production
- Production begins only after final approval from the customer
If design assistance is provided by our team, final approval is still the customer’s responsibility.
Production & Turnaround Time
Production starts after design approval and payment confirmation.
Estimated production time is 8–15 business days, but may vary depending on order complexity and volume.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we make every effort to meet estimated timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled through third-party courier services.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage:
- You must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery
- Proof (images/videos) may be required
- We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution if applicable
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes can only be made before production begins
- Once production has started, no changes or cancellations are allowed
- Any additional changes may result in extra charges
